The cabinet is made of solid white melamine board. The load-bearing parts are 19 mm thick and the doors and shelves are 16 mm thick. The attractive spacer between the doors is a massive aluminum profile with integrated folds that make it easy to grab the edges of the doors. As extra security against water and moisture damage, there is glued edge tape on all cabinet edges, even those that cannot be seen.

On the back of the cabinet there are two large through-holes, so that you can lead cables and filter hoses in and out of the cabinet. There is also a hole in the dividing plate, so you can run cables and hoses between the interior spaces of the cabinet.

The shelf has strong, integrated feet that can be easily adjusted from inside the cabinet, even when the aquarium is set up. Be aware if you set up your furniture and aquarium on a flexible wooden floor, as the leveling screws transfer the weight and pressure on very small areas and the floorboards can therefore settle over time.

The furniture comes with two shelves that you can place in the cupboard as you wish.
