KW wound cleaner with chlorhexidine. Then apply KW wound gel with chlorhexidine in a thin layer. Soap and wound secretions reduce the effect of chlorhexidine. In general, the wound cleaner should not be used in large, open wounds, as it can inhibit wound healing.
