Investigate whether there is inflammation or anything else that requires veterinary treatment. Attach a disposable plastic needle to the syringe and fill with foreskin cleaner to fit the dog's size. The liquid is injected into the foreskin, while keeping the foreskin closed. After approx. 10 sec. the foreskin cleaner is squeezed out and then wiped with a cotton ball.
