KovaLine Skin Care UV Protect is a softening ointment that protects animals from the sun's harmful UV rays. Suitable for all types of muzzles, muzzles, ear tips, etc. The ointment is very water-repellent, so it holds up better when the animals graze, walk with their snouts in the ground, etc.

KovaLine UV Protect is a unique combination of oils, wax and titanium dioxide and has almost the same properties as KovaLine OW Salves. The only difference is that the ointment here also protects against the sun's harmful UV rays. Titanium dioxide is a natural mineral that forms a physical film on the skin and protects against both UVA and UVB rays.

KovaLine UV Protect can be used on all types of muzzles, muzzles, ear tips, corners of the mouth, etc. which are exposed to the sun, and is also particularly suitable for dry areas, e.g. on scabs (not oozing), on dry/itchy skin and scars/surgical scars. Wounds and scars are softened and heal nicely at the same time that the area is protected from the sun's rays. KovaLine UV Protect can have an anti-itch effect.
