As the dog ages, the dog's natural production of glucosamine and chondroitin decreases. With an additional supplement of glucosamine and chondroitin, maintains a normal function of joints, cartilage and connective tissue.
Glucosamine is the precursor in the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans and hyaluronic acid, both of which are important building blocks in the formation of joint cartilage. These building blocks support an optimal fluid balance in the cartilage and contribute to effective shock absorption.
The carefully coordinated combination of glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin ensure the best conditions for the dog's durability and general well-being.
