We pack it to the best of our ability, but are not responsible for thawed goods.

Basically, there are usually no problems in sending barf...

But there are exceptions on the hottest days.

However, the same rules for freezing raw meat for dogs as for humans do not apply! Dogs can tolerate eating Barf (raw meat) that has been thawed and refrozen!!!
